what are the visa requirements for a visa to china

I am Lebanese and want to apply for a tourist visa to china from lebanon. What are the requirements, the cost, the time it takes to get it, the cost and the address of the visa issueing office. Must I apply in person or can my travel agent do so on my behalf

Visa fee is USD 30$ for a single entry under regular processing. It takes a minimum of four working days to process a visa. Documents needed are your passport, application form V2011A, photo, and invitation letter from a Chinese tour agency. Additionally, you may be required to provide a bank account statement (more than6,000 US Dollars) or hotel reservation information or a photocopy of the actual airline ticket to China.
