Weather in taiwan in early to mid sept

hi, i'm planning a visit to kaohsiung during early to mid sept. will the weather be okay for visiting and will there be typhoon?

It is hot and humid during september in Taiwan. Well, it is OK to visit Kaohisung at that time. The average temperature is about 25~31C in Kaohsiung. It has proper rainfall and typhoon doesn't happen frequently. Anyway, pay attention to the weather forecast the day before travelling.
