When will the 2012 Harbin Ice and Snow Festival start? Can we view any exhibits from 22-24.12.2012?

The Festival is held annually from January 5 and lasts for over one month. It may be a bit earlier for you to view wonderful exhibits during 22-24, Dec. 2012.0
