I am Mr. Rehman. I am arriving on Thursday to Kashgar from Pakistan, can some tell me how and where to buy sim card for mobile phone, what are the prices for it and can I make international calls at the same when I buy it?

You can go to the local outlets of China Mobile and China Unicom to buy the simcard. The price of the simcard depends on what kind of categories do you plan to buy. You can ask the staff in the outlets. You can make International calls by the card, but it will be expensive.
