Business visa to china for srilankan living in UK

Hi am a srilankan living in UK and would like to apply for tourist visa to china, My Uk visa is valid for next 3 months. I have a student visa in uk and been here for around 1 year and a half. In this situation do I need to apply from srilanka or can I apply right from here in uk? Advance Thanks. Hope to hear from you soon

You are required to provide residence permit or visa which should be valid for at least half a year in UK if you apply China visa right there. Since your UK visa is only valid for next 3 months, you need to apply in Sri Lanka.

Well you have sri lankan passport so when you apply from sri lanka you must have at least 5 people with you as the policy in china . If its from the UK yes as Joe mentioned you must have at least half a year visa .
