chemical engineering

Question

I'm interested in studying to China for Chemical Engineering. But I don't understand about the fields; such as Chemical Engineering and Technology, Chemical Engineering and Craft, Chemical Engineering and processing, Chemical Engineering and Techniques. Can you please explain to me about the definitions and what we learn in each of those fields? Thank you very much.
