Government stops issuing invitation letter for F visa for Thais?

Hi, I'm a Thai studying in Shanghai. I recently got a three month internship from a local company.
I went to visa agency with company documents to ask for official invitation letter. They told me that government recently stop issuing the invitation letter especially for countries like Thailand, Philippines and Malaysia.

What should I do, what are other alternatives to apply for business visa?
Would invitation letter issued by the company with company's stamp without government official authorisation be sufficient?

You can ask the company to provide you an invitation letter with their stamp, adn ask them to apply for a confirmtation of invitation from their local foreign affairs office for you.
