Firstly, you need walk about 5 min from Harbour Plaza Resort City to Lynwood Court Station, Tin Lung Road. There you can catch bus no. 276B and you need get off at Sheung Shui Station. It costs about 8 HK$. Then you can take East Rail Line at Sheung Shui Station to Luohu, Shenzhen.
