visting harbin on 10 dec 2012

Question

I intend to bring my 3 children to Harbin this Dec but very worry that it will be too cold for them as they have never been to a cold country especially Harbin which can be down to minus 20.  We live in a warm country like Singapore and thus worry about my children between 12 to 7 adaptation.  Any advise from is it suitable for them to go?

If your children are old enough, for instance, over 12 years old, it will be OK. In Harbin, it is cold outside, but very warm in the houses. All you need to do is to take some warm clothes such as down coat, scarf and so on. If they are less than 12 years old, it is better not to take them to go.
