Argentine Passport

Hi, can an Argentine passport holder get a visa at shenzhen Luhou border ? the 5 day Visa ?

Yes, it's possible, but you'd better apply for a China visa from the embassy or consulate of China in your living place before the trip to to avoid any unexpected trouble.
