what i need to apply for the student visa ?

dear sir , I already got the letter of acceptance from southeast university in Nanjing to study medicine course there , and they send all of the documents by mail box , so what i need to apply for the student visa in the Chinese embassy in Damascus ?

i already got a new passport valid for 6 years and have the photo , and i fill up the application form which i download from the embassy website , so what else i need to apply for student visa ?
