Does the City sightseeing bus stops and gives hault at tourist places or just passes by them ?

I have less than 2 days in Shanghai. Is it possible for me to opt for City sightseeing bus Line 1 on day 1 and Line 2 on day 2 ?
And does the Bus stop and gives hault for 15-20 miniutes at tourist spots or justs passes by ?
Also i want to take up the Cruize Ride at The Bund(Huangpu River).
