Transit at Hong Kong for an hour and half, require a visa?

I hold a Bangladeshi passport. I am living in Australia as an international PhD student. I am intending to visit UK for attending conference. The airlines I have selected needs me to take a one and half hour transit at Hong Kong airport to change flights. Do I need a visa for this hours and if yes then how quickly I can do it since I have got only 5 working days at hand before I have to leave?
Many thanks

You need to apply for a visa to HK for this transit. You'd better contact and submit your visa application to Chinese embassy or consulate at your place asap.
