You can simply apply for a tourist visa L to enter China. Documents required are your passport, application form, photo, round trip airline ticket and hotel reservation, and the document that entitle you to reside for an extended period of time in the Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP. After you get your marriage registered in China, you can extend your L visa to a long term family visit visa.

Thanks again, Alvin. I just want to clarify the required documents. The Birth Certificate and the certificate of singleness, should it be translated first before being authenticated by the Consular Office of the Philippines? Or the documents should be authenticated first, and then translated. And then authenticated by the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines. Sorry quite confuse. Thank you again for giving me information regarding this matter.
