medical examination reports wrong date of birth

I'm applying for student visa for china , i have done medical but in my reports by mistake of hospital they have shorten by date of birth to 1 year. In which they have written a latter to ensure my correct date of birth and its been attested by the head management .
i have to inquire will it be acceptable ?
