informetion for get L visa

i am pakistani passport holder and marraid in china doing work in sauid arabia want know ca get L visa for meet my wife or i need go pakistan china embasy i have marraige registration book and my wife id card

You can apply for a family visit visa in Saudi Arabia if you have work visa or residence permit for Saudi Arabia. Beside the marraige registration book and your wife's id card, you may need an invitation letter from her as well.
