About:China Visa on Arrival

Shenzhen Visa on arrival for Australian passport holder.

Arriving Australia to Shenzhen at 8pm, will I be elligable for a tourist visa? I have application and photo ID but didn't find time to have it processed at Perth consulate, due to travel arrangements!
