getting to tianjin port from beijing

we are going on a cruise leaving from Tianjin - we would like to stay a few days in Beijing before we leave - how easy would it be to transfer with luggage to the port?

How much luggage do you have?
You can take the airplane from Beijing to Tianjin and then take a taxi you the port which is near to the airport. If you take the trains, it is difficult to transfer after you get off the trains.
