How long are you planning to stay in Macau? I find that Filipino passport holders don'e need a visa to Macau for up to 30 days for each entry according to the entry and exit rules of Macau.

I think your father in Macau can apply for a Macau visa onyour behalf from the Immigrtion office of Macau SAR if he will be your sponsor for the trip. The documents requried are generally below:1. your passport that should have more than 30 days validity left when you leave Macau2. a duly filled Macau visa application form3. copy of the bio data page of your passport4. notification letter of granting “Special Authorization to Stay” to the non-resident worker's reuniting family5.
