how long will it take to make hong kong visa for kyrgyz republic citizen?

I am a Kyrgyz Republic citizen currently living in Bangkok and holding Thai work permit. Is it any special requirements for my passport? Can I do multiple entry visa? How long will it take? And the most important can I do HK visa through Chinese embassy? Thank you.

You can apply for a HK visa through Chinese embassy in Thailand with your passport and work permit there. The processing may take 4-6 weeks as the approval of HK Immigration Department is necessary.
