About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Single or double entry visa needed for my trip below?

I am flying Melb-Beij, 9 hr stopover and would like to leave airport, before flying to Mongolia. Will return to Beijing and stay for 2 weeks, then fly to Hong Kong. What sort of visa do I need please?
