You can apply China visa in HK if you live or work there. Application should be submitted to the Commissioner's Office of China's Foreign Ministry in the Hong Kong. Address: China Resources building, 26Harbor Road, Wanchai Working hours: Monday to Friday (except public holidays in Hong Kong)
