Getting X student Visa in Macau (Uzbekistan citizen)

I am in Xiamen and recenly admitted by University , I have to out of china to convert my L visa to X visa for getting Residence Permit . I want to get it in Macau . Can I get in X visa from Commissioner's Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in the Macao (SAR). ? where I can get Visa to Macau itself . Please note : My Citizenship is Uzbekistan and I have Admission Notice and Visa Application form JW 201 for getting student visa

You can get a visa to Macao upon arrival. For L to X visa conversion, you can submit it to the Commissioner's Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in the Macao (SAR).

Hello again , how I can get visa to get into HK , because in official site it is written that Visa required , but I do not know where I can get Visa in Mainland

For HK visa application, you can either mail your application to: Immigration Division of the Beijing Office of the Government of the HKSAR or to HK Immigration Department directly.
