How many times can you apply for Visiting Visa in 1 year?

Hello, I'm Lisa from philippines, I arrived China April 28,2012 and will go back this August 1,2012. My question is can i apply visiting visa again to go back china this coming November 2012? Do i still have a chance to go back china this year? I'm not married yet to my chinese boyfriend but we have 1 daughter already and use his family name that's why we apply afor visiting visa. Hope somebody can help me, Thanks in advance.
