Entry visa or Visa processing

Dear Concern,
I have been selected by the Gansu Natural Energy Research Institute
(GNERI), Lanzhou City, Gansu< China to attend an International
Training Workshop on Solar Energy Applications to be held from 5 July
to 25 July, 2012. As I am a Govt. Officer of Bangladesh I need to get
the Official Order of the govt. which is under process. In this
situation, I want know could I get port entry visa from KUNMING AIR
port? Does it require to submit the air ticket along with all other
papers like invitation/admission letter, passport, fees and so one? I
am attaching the papers and documents which have been sent by the
GNERI and the ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
Please let me inform what to do in this situation carefully going
through my mail and documents.
