Can I get permanent visa for my fiance'?

I'm working in China with working visa and residence permit with support from my company. I'd like to take my girlfriend to come to China and live with me. How I can get her the permanent visa? We will not get married yet (should be a year or two) so I'm not sure we can get her the dependent visa. Any idea?
