umrah visa guide

Asslam o alaikum,
i am from Somalia and now Study in China.i have resident visa from China.i want to offer Umrah in next month.please guide me how can i get visa for Umrah from China.

He cannot obtain his visa from china he himself have too go the chinese embassy in his country to get a visa
