How long it's takes to obtain umrah visa in china for foreigners

Visa duration and how long it's could take for the processing? Am Idris a Nigerian student in china

Today I visited Saudi embassy in Beijing China. They are saying that system is closed for umrah and Hajj. what should I suppose to do?
