hangzhou to taizhou to zhoushan

Question

I arrive in Hangzhou by air late afternoon on 7 July  (3 or 5 pm) and want to get to Taizhou.  What is the best way?   I can stay overnight in Hangzhou and go there the next day.  Then I need to return to Zhoushan - via  Ningbo or Hangzhou??  I'm thinking Ningbo for convenience but is this the quickest and cheapest way?  Thanks for any help or suggestions.

The best way from Hangzhou to Taizhou is to take the bullet train. From there, you can take a long-distance bus to Zhoushan. You have no need to go back to Hangzhou or Ningbo first.
