How do I get a visa

I have to be in Yinchuan on the 9th of september and leave on the 13 of september

Hi, you can apply a single entry L visa at the China embassy in Ireland in the end of July. You need the following documents:
1. Visa application form:V2011A; with a colored recent photo on it
2. Your valid passport with a validity of 6 months and at least two blank pages;
3. Flights and itinerary
4. Other documents required by the officials.
