About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hongkong police clearance

hello good am.i just want to ask what are the documents i need to get my hongkong police clearance,since i work there for 13 yrs andno im back here in the philippines....can i authorized somebody to get the police clearance for me..what are the requeirements needed....

You can submit your application for police clearance to following address (if you know someone in HK, he/she can handle this on your behalf):
The Commission of Police (Attn: EO CNCC)
14/F, Arsenal House
Police Headquarters, 1 Arsenal Street
Wan Chai, Hong Kong
with documents as below:
1. A photocopy of your Hong Kong Identity Card or valid travel document;
2. A photocopy of the letter from NVC which contains your name and the checklist of documents necessary for obtaining a visa (the one that references the need for police certificates);
3. Full set of your fingerprints taken and certified by a recognized and official police or law enforcement agency where you currently resides.

YES YOU CAN AUTHORIZED IF YOU HAVE A FRIEND FROM HONGKONG SEND YOUR DOCUMENTS TO HER. BUT HE/SHE CANT GET THE POLICE CLEARANCE BECAUSE THE POLICE HONGKONG WILL BE THE ON WHO SEND THE POLICE CLEARANCE TO THE CONSULATE MANILA.

my wife need Police Clearance from Hong Kong to her Canadian Visa. She was working there 6 years ago. Now she is in Philippines. What kind of documents she need to and how/where she can start to apply?
