how can i get the tckets?

Dear people, a few questions about train tickets.I'm currently living in Spain and I'm travelling in China in ten/ twelve days. How much will you charge for the tickets over the scheduled fare?. Where and when can I pick my tickets?. Should I pay the tickets in advance by card or will I pay the tickets in cash when I'll receive them?.  How long in advance can I buy a train ticket?Thank you in advance for your gentle answersCamacho

Since the train ticket in China will go on sale 5 to 12 days before your departure date, we will issue your train ticket the moment when they are released to the public. Then we will deliver your ticket to the fixed address in China area, our service charge &delivery fee is CNY150 per ticket.
