How can I get the tckets?

Dear people, a few questions about train tickets.
I'm currently living in Spain and I'm travelling in China in ten/ twelve days. How much will you charge for the tickets over the scheduled fare?. Where and when can I pick my tickets?. Should I pay the tickets in advance by card or will I pay the tickets in cash when I'll receive them?. How long in advance can I buy a train ticket?

Since the train ticket in China will go on sale 5 to 12 days before your departure date, we will issue your train ticket the moment when they are released to the public.
