Sample Business Letter for China Business Visas can be found on the internet, make sure to include visitor's name, date of visit, purpose of visit, information of the inviter company and their contact in this letter. If the company in China will sponsor this trip financially, it is also required to mention in the letter, such as the roundtrip flights tickets, hotel reservation and other travel expenses.
