Can I apply Scheme 6000 if hkpic issued date is after March 31, 2012

I applied my HKPIC before March 31,2012 but the issue date on the HKPIC is April 24, 2012. Am I still eligible to apply for scheme 6000?

I am afraid not, since you have missed the eligibility date for “Scheme $6,000” (31 March 2012)

To my understanding, you are eligible to apply for it if you have your HKPIC application approved on or before 31 December 2012. But here I found another answer from question NO.13 http://www.scheme6000.gov.hk/eng/faqs_c6.html
