Hi i am american. I came in Bangaldesh for Mission. can i get transit visa from Bangaldesh

The question is not clear, there is no transit visa but Chinese visa. If you'd like to apply a Chinese Visa from Chinese Consular in Bangladesh you can't as you're an American, unless you have work permit in Bangladesh. Better apply your Chinese Visa from America (USA).
