visa notice for ghanaian

Question

I came to the embassy to apply for a tourism visa,i had an invitation from aiesec in China for a project.I refused the visa and told to go and get a visa notice since it is my first time travelling.I therefore notified the friend who sent the invitation to me and she told me the visa notice take quit some time to get.I am running out of time because the project will be commencing very soon. i would like to know if I can be offend any form of help here.Thank you...

Hi, Ernest. It seems that you have no time to wait for the visa notice to apply F visa, right? Then you can apply a L visa with the following documents:1. Original invitation letter from a travel agency in China.2. Return tickets and hotel reservation.3. Proof of financial guarantee (bank account statement or at least 4-months pay slips from employer).4. Original and copy of passport valid for more than 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages.5. Covering letter from employer.6. Visa application form with one white background passport size photo
