Does visa extension would affect for new visa application again?

Does having visa extended during stay in China would affect an application if need to travel back again?
(i have extended my visa in maximum twice when i was in china then i have to go back there again.... I will apply L visa in manila but am afraid that my extension would affect for denial by the visa officer.)
