About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Can we pay the fee by Master or Visa Cards? or Just cash?

It used to be we could only pay the fee by certified cheque, or debit. Do you accept cash?

Do you mean the CVASC? if yes, they do not have special requirements on payment. But if you apply from Chinese consulate in Toronto, no cash payment accepted. You are required to pay by debit card, money order, or certified cheque.
