About:Chinese Embassy in Luxembourg

Can I come to the Embassy for a visa to China while on business in Luxembourg?

I am a US Citizen with a US passport. I will be in Luxembourg June 18 - 29 on business and need to be in China July 10. This does not allow CIBT enough time to process my paperwork when I return to the US. While I am in Luxembourg, can I come to the Embassy to apply for a visa to China for business purposes?

Since you are only a temperory visitor in Luxembourg, the visa office will not accept your visa application. I suggest you to apply in the US. Since your timetable is very tight, you can require rush service or express service with extra money. Then visa can be obtained in one or two days.
