i want to get permanant residence visa for whole life

Dear Sir,I am Muhammad Moniruzzaman from Bangladesh. I am Diploma In Civil Engineer.I have 7 year more work experience in CIVIL construction field.Now I want to get a residence visa from your country permanently (Citizenship).How can i get this? Now i am in Bangladesh and job with a local construction company.Please help me by your best information.I am waiting for your very soon reply.Your kind cooperation is highly appreciated. As i Know, it's stipulated only those foregners who have lived in China for a continous 5 year and proved to be a reliable person can apply for a China D visa to live in China permenantly. In fact, very few foreigners are able to meet the requirements for getting a D visa. Thus, I think it's hard for you to get the visa now.
