About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Stopover

Hi my partner and i have a 12 hour stopover in Guangzhou and would like to hire a hotel close to the airport to have a few hours sleep before heading home to perth. Can you advise whether we need a visa if less than 24hours?

You can realise that with no visa, but you need to apply a stay permit at the airport frontier.Then you can go out the airport.
