Working time for Tourist Visa application to China

Hi,
I have booked my flights to China. I see you are only opened from 9-12 during the week and I cannot make these hours. Would it be possible drop in my visa form after these hours or get a friend to drop all my documentation in during these hours for me? Thanks. This is urgent sorry as I fly soon
