If you both reside in Melbourne or its district, your applications should be submitted to CVASC in Melbourne. You need to make an online appointment at the official website of CVASC.
For documents, australian passport holder needs to fill V2011A, visa fee is AUD 180 for multiple entry. Malaysian passport holder needs to fill both V2011A and V2011B, visa fee is AUD 150.
AUD 38.5/per visa (GST included) will be charged by the center. Regular processing takes about 4 working days. IF you do not want to go in person, you can entrust others to do on your behalf. Or apply by post with extra service fee paid to the center.
