Hello Well you need an inviation letter anyway as I am married to my chinese wife and I got the visa for 1 year and I have extended to 6 months now and I can do it another time . If your married to chinese its easy if not you need an request letter but try to get a letter from your husband and get it approved from the chinese goverment if not its not vaild your application wont be accepted .

I think only the adminidtration of your husband's company can give you accurate answer. If the company is willing to sponsor you and provide you the invitation letter and confirmation of invitation, then no problem for your China visa application.
