You are applying in Singapore, right? Then you need to apply at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.

Provided that you have prepared all the required documents, regularly you can pick up visa on the fourth working day. If you are in a rush, you can request express service or rush service. For express service, visa will be ready for collection on the third working day. For rush service, visa will be ready for collection on the second working day.
