About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

My wife was born in Hong kong

my name is Faisal and my wife was born in hong kong in 1979 and she only has the birth certificate# 20851 of hong Kong. TSANYUK Hospital.
i just want to ask , if she is a british citizen by birth

No, your wife with a HK birth certificate only can not be regarded as a british citizen.
