Multiple Visa requirements

Did your directors visit China before? If not, they can not apply and get a multiple visa to China. One of my friends was told by Chinese embassy that he must have visited China for at least 8 times, then, he will be issued a multiple entry visa. For requirements, invitation letter is always required as a proof, tickets and hotel reservations are also required.

How can I get in touch with them as the numbers on their website are not going through.

visa office is always busy, you can talk with your directors first and prepare documents for China visa application. No appointment is required for submission of application to Chinese embassy. Just hand it in on their working days.
