About:Chinese Embassy in India

Regarding visa for China

Respected Sir,
With humble submission, it is to be requested that I need visa for China. Because one of my research paper got selected in 18th ISMS Conference, which are going to be held in Beijing China w.e.f. 25th to 30th of August 2012. So, in this connection I want to know about the details of the same.
Dear Sir, please tell me the details of the same.

You want to know about the Business Visa requirements, right?
The requirements are as following:
1) Application Form with a recently-taken color photo glued or stapled on
2) Valid passport and a copy of information page.
3) Original and copy of one of the following documents: Invitation Letter or Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by duly authorized Chinese institute, Conference Notice
4) Personal Written Statement (Covering Letter,with details as follows: A. name of the scenic spot; B. name, address and contact number of the inviting(contact company or person).
5) Other documents required by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General.
