about visa fees

I've applied two tourist(90days) visas for my two children last thursday at a agent in Dhahran. The visa fees that they charge me is 1380 RYs in total, which is 400 RYs for agent fee and 980 RYs for visa fee. Are they over charge me? Last year I've paid about 1040 RYs. Thank you!

For Saudi Arabia passport holders who apply for a visa in their home country, the visa fees are 500 RYs for a single-entry, 750 RYs for a double-entry, 1,000 RYs for a half-year multiple-entry & 1,500 RYs for an one-year multiple-entry.
