1. One completed visa application form with a recently taken passport photo stuck on
2. your valid pasport
3. original and one photocopy of your ID card
4. Recent bank statement of account;
5. Hotel reservation in China and round-trip ticket between Nigeria and China
6. photocopy of your passport Bio-data page and, visa pages with Chinese visa if any
